All the products are lovingly handmade with locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. The ethos is to minimise food mileage, eat fresh and support local farmers and producers. The number of large mass-production food companies out there means consumers don’t always get to taste wonderful produce unique to a particular place. Food should be exciting, enjoyable and memorable. Holey Dough also showcases flavours and ingredients unique to Jersey – what better way to enjoy its culture than through taste? All our flavours change regularly and seasonally – we are about experimentation and are always dreaming up new flavours. We are also guided and inspired by the tastes and ideas of our customers, so suggestions and feedback are important to us.
